Ownership and conflicts

NEMT Wire is owned by Thrive Risk Management Insurance Solutions, Inc. (CA License #6012320), which also operates an insurance brokerage serving NEMT companies. Any article touching commercial insurance — a market our owner participates in — carries an in-line disclosure. We do not disguise our ownership, and we do not present our owner's services as an independent editorial endorsement.

Sourcing

Claims are attributed to primary sources wherever they exist: state Medicaid agencies, CMS, broker announcements, court filings, and published data. Original data analysis states its dataset, window and limitations. When we can't verify something, we either say so or don't print it.

Sponsored content

We do not currently run sponsored content. If that changes, sponsored material will be labeled "Sponsored" at the top of the piece — no exceptions.

Corrections

We correct errors visibly. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the corrected article with the date and what changed. Send corrections to info@nemtwire.com.
